Trimos SA has recently launched three brand new calibration benches, the
HC3, the HC4 and the HC5..
The HC-line is designed for the calibration of fixed and variable dimension measuring equipment. The ergonomic design and reliability of these instruments, as well as their accuracy and ease of use, meet the most stringent requirements and increase the productivity of any laboratory.
The instruments are computer-controlled. The exclusive WinDHI software makes it easy to perform all measurement functions. A temperature compensation system as well as gauge inspection software can be installed to complement the performance of the instrument.
Depending on your application you can choose between different models with a measuring range of 500 to 3000 mm. All models are manufactured in one piece. All measuring range are direct, which means that the entire measuring range is available without intermediate adjustment or recalibration.
The Horizon calibration HC3, HC4 and HC5 instruments meet the requirements of the EN ISO 9000 standard. The difference between the models is the accuracy.
The HC-Line instruments can be used for many applications: Calibration of ring gauges, plug gauges, micrometers, checking of dial gauges, gauge blocks…
